TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following general terms and conditions apply to the contract between Rise and Vibe and the client for
Group Coaching, Workshops, Events and Munich Pause In-Person Events and Private 121 Coaching.
SUMMARY OF CONTRACT
Group Coaching, Workshops, Events and Munich Pause In-Person Events and Private 121 Coaching at Rise and Vibe must be booked directly with Joanne Fiddy. After booking, clients receive an invoice and confirmation of receipt of the booking by email (booking confirmation). The contract between Rise and Vibe and the client comes with a receipt of the booking confirmation.
CONTENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AGREED COURSE
The content and implementation are based on the respective course program. Rise and Vibe reserves the right to adapt individual course contents to the needs of the course without his / her consent, in a reasonable and not unfairly unfavourable way to the interests of the contracting parties.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please contact Joanne Fiddy via email hello@riseandvibewithjo.com to confirm your cancellation.
If the participant has to cancel workshops, Events and Pause a Minute 50% of the fee will be reimbursed up to 28 days before the start of the class, thereafter no reimbursement of the course fee will be charged. If the course is cancelled by Rise and Vibe the course fee will be refunded in full.
If the participant has to cancel Group Coaching Programme 50% of the fee will be reimbursed up to 14 days before the start of the class, thereafter no reimbursement of the course fee will be charged. If the course is cancelled by Rise and Vibe the course fee will be refunded in full.
If the participant has to cancel Private 121 Coaching Programme 50% of the fee will be reimbursed up to 48 hours before the session, thereafter no reimbursement of the course fee will be charged. If the course is cancelled by Rise and Vibe the course fee will be refunded in full.
Regarding Nature Experiences in collaboration with Amie Mignatti, we reserve the right to cancel workshops and consultations for important or unavoidable reasons (e.g. illness of the leader, insufficient number of participants, bad weather), even at short notice. In such a case, we will inform you immediately and you will receive a full refund of the price you have already paid. We will not be liable for any further payments you incur as a result of the cancellation (e.g. cancellation costs for train tickets), except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
We expressly reserve the right to make changes to the program and procedure, provided that the character of the workshop and consultation is maintained. Changes in leaders, changes in the procedure or a reasonable relocation of the event location do not entitle you to a price reduction or to withdraw.
