Women’s Wellbeing is quite frankly under researched and under financed, especially when it comes to understanding the Female Brain and what it goes through in Pregnancy, PostPartum and Perimenopause.

Did you know for example that the amygdala in the brain expands after giving birth to help you with taking care of your child and being alert, which can make you feel more anxious.

That there are estrogen receptors in the brain, that the HPA Axis is a delicate system in our bodies that connects the brain to the ovaries?

And that during the Menopause transition cortisol rises the (stress hormone) which causes physical and emotional damage if high for a long period of time and that when Cortisol goes up, estrogen goes down which can increase Menopausal symptoms.

Why did I create The Tapping Reset? 

With over eight years of experience I've helped countless women regain their confidence and feel better, by combining EFT within my Menopause and Coaching Training.   
I created The Tapping Reset to empower women like you to move from stress and overwhelm to confidence and clarity.

In my early 30s, my body went into a  'menopause state' due to a rare condition juggling whilst juggling a big promotion in London. Anxiety and confusion became constant companions until I discovered EFT, which transformed my mental and emotional well-being. Later, as a new mother, I faced anxiety again—this time from sleep deprivation, a challenging birth, and living far from family. Once again, EFT became my anchor.

Today, I combine my personal experiences, professional training, and passion for the female brain to guide women through perimenopause challenges.

My talk at The EFT Centre, Tapping into the Female Brain: Managing Menopause with EFT, broke new ground. Highlighting Dr Mosconi's latest research, how the brain runs on estrogen and my findings on how EFT can help the female brain during the Menopause Transition supporting hormonal health.
